At the UP Kisan Co-Cordination Committee meeting held on 18/08/2021 at Lucknow various organisations have attended the same. The agenda were introduced by Atul kumar Anjaan.
Atul Anjaan, Lucknow. Purushottam Sharma gave a short report on the developments for the meeting held on 14/07/2021. He informed about the decisions taken at the ongoing kisan panchayat and kranti Diwas action programmes on 9th Aug, 2021.
The meeting approved the call for 5th September Muzaffarnagar rally by SKM. BKU (Asli) National President MR. Harpal Singh Bilari announced that they will be organising their rally on 2nd sept at Sambhal. The invitation was extended to all members and farmers to attend both the rallies .
Various members presented their dates for District/regional/sub-divisional level “Kisan Panchayat” programmes which are as here under:-
1. Kamlesh Yadav proposed September 30th for two days Lucknow kisan-panchayat. Many members proposed that all organisations should mobilise for lucknow.
2. Pushp raj Singh proposed September 29th for Shahjhanpur
3. Bachau Ram & Mithilesh proposed 1st week of Oct for Jaunpur.
4. Himanshu Tiwari proposed Pad-Yatra from Champaran to Varanasi starting Oct 2.
5. Ishwari Prasad Kushwaha proposed 15th Oct for Ghazipur.
6. Rajesh (Jan Mukti Morcha) proposed 12/19th Sept for Azamgarh.
7. Rajnish Bharti proposed a March of 100 persons from Ghosi to Varanasi.
8. Yogender Yadav NDPF proposed kisan panchayat from Etah to Farukkabad.
9. Akhil Sangharshi proposed 2nd sept for Ferozabad/ 4th Oct for Kasganj/2nd Nov for Mainpuri or Kanaauj.
10. Shashikant of Krantikari Kisan Union proposed a rally of 1-1.5 lakhs at Aligarh
11. JP Singh proposed 18 Commisionery level protest where two national SKM leaders would be invited for each.
12. Lal Singh BKU (Samaj) proposed a meeting in Sept in Gorakhpur & Mirzapur with participation of 1000 protestors each.
13. Richa Singh proposed a rally at Sitapur between 15-20 Sept. Brij bihari proposed a separate meeting on 18th October in Sitapur.
14. Dr. BL Verma proposed a kisan panchayat at Pratapgarh on 5th Oct with 1000 persons.
15. Maruti Manav proposed a kisan panchayat on 20th Sept at Balia.
16. Mahesh Singh of Rashtriya Kisan Majdoor Adhikaar samanvay samiti proposed SKM kisan panchayat at Gonda, Bahraich, Basti & two others.
17. Dr. Malkhan Singh of Kisan Sena republic nirdaliya proposed a kisan panchayat at Mahoba/Banda after 13th Oct.
18. Lalit Tyagi of Kisan Union informed of a Lucknow level panchayat at Sitapur road (Bitholi)
19. Prayagraj kisan panchayat dates will be decided and informed.
It was decided that all these proposals will be put up with SKM for better coordination with UP mission programme. It is suggested that all UP organisations to use this information for coordination amongst themselves.
It was decided and approved that names of UP organisations leaders be included in central SKM group for better flow of information. A proposal for this should be put in SKM.
It was proposed and decided to call for a two hour Toll Free protest on 11th Sept, 2021 in entire state of UP.
Dr. Ashish Mittal announced the details of the national convention to be held at Singhu Border,Delhi on 26th-27th August 2021 and appealed to all organisations to participate.
Atul kumar Anjaan proposed issues that needs to be addressed along with other major demands to be part of UP mission and they were all approved. Members also proposed the demand for proper procurement facilities for all crops in UP which also was approved.
Jai Prakash Narayan and Imtiaz Beg proposed a vote of thanks to all participating members, especially to the three participating members Surjit Singh Phool from Punjab, Sukhjit Singh from Majha, Irfan Jafri from MP and Tejinder Singh Virk from Uttrakhand. The meeting was held under the banner of UP Kisan Coordination Committee under the aegis of SKM/AIKSCC.
