Bhopal Tamil association celebrated its Price distribution function

The Bhopal Tamil Association celebrated its prize distribution cum release of telephone directory on the eve of Pongal festival season, event here today. The event started at 9.30 am in the morning and was followed till lunch. Mr. N. Ganesh, sr. Scientist & In-charge in the department of research of Jawaharlal Nehru cancer hospital & research center, Idgah Hills, Bhopal was the chief guest of the event. He added grace to the event and was accompanied by the guest of honor Er. Selvam Mudaliar, Director, Dr. Visvesvaraya Institute of engineering and technology, Bhopal. The event was also honored with special guests, Shri Raju Swamy Marimuthu Proprietor of M/s Swamy Catering Service and Shri D. George Proprietor of M/s. General Machine Tools. The program was held in Dhanvantri park, Habibganj, BHEL, Bhopal.

The event was started with the good luck of lightening lamp and then followed with prayer, welcome address for the chief guest and other programs. The Prayer and the welcome note for the guests and the Honorable Chief guest added a light of inspiration to the show. To bring in more excitement, the various cultural dances were performed by the students and committee members. The musical dance show simply glowed up the event and brought smiles on the faces of the guests show cased the vivid south Indian culture. Later the program was followed by the publication of the Directory and prize distribution by the guests. President and chairman attended the program and while sharing their thoughts. They also conveyed and described the various events organized by the association in the recent past. 

Mr. M. Raji, President, Bhopal Tamil Association, said that “This show has brought all the Tamilians from Bhopal and around together, which feels great to meet people of same community together and sharing happy moment. I am fortunate to have been a part of this program”. Mr.A. Swamidurai, General Secretary, Bhopal Tamil Association quoted that publishing the telephonic directory would be beneficial for all of us which will make the communication better. He admitted that the progress of the association is phenomenal in the resent past and thanks for all the participants and members for making the event successful and Best wishes Heartiest Pongal Greetings at everyone. Honoring the winner brought the milieu of motivation and inspiration among others. The show ended with the note of thanking and addressing guests in speech. Lastly, there was an arrangement done for Lunch from 12.30 PM till 2.30 Pm. This event successfully brought an inspiration and motivation among all the present guests. It was one of the remarkable programs by the Association in Bhopal, which brought beautiful moments to remember.
