Surveillance teams to start functioning from November 4

Statistics Surveillance Teams (SSTs) to be deployed during Vidhan Sabha elections in Madhya Pradesh will start functioning from November 4. This has been informed by Election Commission of India to the office of the Chief Electoral Office. It is noteworthy that SSTs are to be deployed at border check posts of Vidhan Sabha constituencies. Three SSTs each will be deployed in every Vidhan Sabha constituency.
