Remove encroachments from Aradhna Nagar

Chief Secretary Shri Anthony de Sa today met common people and directed to redress their problems. The Chief Secretary receives applications from people at Mantralaya on every Thursday between 2 to 3 pm.

A complaint was made to the Chief Secretary today about encroachment on main road of Aradhna Nagar by placing kiosks. People informed that due to these kiosks, traffic system is deteriorating and anti-social elements gathering there are causing problems for local people. The Chief Secretary directed Commissioner Bhopal Municipal Corporation to ensure necessary action.

The Chief Secretary was urged by driver Shri Haleem Khan and cleaner Shri Rukmesh Kumar Agrawal to ensure payment of their dues against Transport Corporation. The Chief Secretary directed Managing Director regarding clearance of pending bills of these applicants. Shri Sukhdev Dhurve drew attention towards non-payment of scholarship for medical education of his daughter in foreign country. The Chief Secretary directed the Principal Secretary Tribal Welfare to provide amount as per eligibility. The Chief Secretary directed Betul Collector to ensure immediate action as per rules on the application of Smt. Savitra Mandal of Betul about land allotment in village Chopna in the district.
