Chief Secretary distributes prizes

Chief Secretary Shri Antony de Sa participated in concluding function of I.T.F. Men’s Circuit Lawn Tennis Tournament-2013 at Arera Club at local Tulsi Nagar today. On the occasion, the Chief Secretary distributed prizes to the winners. The tournament was held from November 15 to 23 which was participated by players from 10 countries.

Apart from office-bearers of Madhya Pradesh Tennis Association and Arera Club, Additional Chief Secretary Finance Shri Ajay Nath, Principal Secretary Sports & Youth Welfare Shri M. Mohan Rao, Principal Secretary Energy Shri Mohammad Sulaiman and officers of Indian Oil and Union Bank were also present on the occasion. Shri N. Shriram Balaji of India won the tournament by beating runners-up Shri Na Jung Woong of Korea 7-5, 7-5. The function was conducted by Shri Damodar Prasad Arya.
