Draft of permission condition on website

Bhopal-based Central Branch of National Green Tribunal during hearing of Neel Choudhary vs Government case on October 25, 2013 had directed Town and Country Planning to prepare draft of conditions in the context of norms for planning etc of marriage gardens and Barat Ghars following discussions with all stakeholders.

The draft for permission evolved after suggestions received from stakeholders and in the light of prevalent rules can be viewed on the website of Town and Country Planningwww.mptownplan.nic.in.
