4 Health Deptt. employees suspended for negligence

Detailed directives have been given to doctors and employees posted in all hospitals and health centres to ensure proper treatment of patients. Meanwhile, the State Government has suspended 4 Health Department employees for negligence in duty.

Three employees have been suspended in Damoh district. These include male health worker Shri D.P. Soni, Sector Supervisor Shri Leeladhar and Shri Manjulal Ahirwar.

Similarly, wardboy Shri Kailash Bhatia of Barwani district hospital has also been suspended due to negligence in duty. Shri Kailash Bhatia’s headquarters will be Sendhwa civil hospital during suspension. Termination notice has been issued to health worker Smt. Saira Siddiqui posted as sub-health centre at village Kariya in Panna district for prolonged absence from duty. Her services will be terminated if she fails to join duty within 7 days.

Withholding 2 increments of an ANM and an ASHA worker, they have been issued show-cause notices over failure to intimate block and Morena district hospital about outbreak of disease. These include ASHA worker of village Baidhpura Smt. Basanti Malha and Chinnoni Chambal’s ANM Smt. Krishna Jatav. As many as 4 children had died due to outbreak of a disease at village Baidhpura.
