IL&FS Financial Services Limited (IFIN) held the ‘IL&FS – IFIN MARATHON’ today to promote fitness awareness among employees. The Run was sponsored by IL&FS Financial Services Limited. Ramesh Bawa, CEO & MD, IL&FS Financial Services Limited flagged off the run in the presence of other dignitaries.The Marathon started at 6:30am from the IL&FS Financial Centre through BKC and ended at the IL&FS Financial Centre. There were two categories of Races i.e. Challenge Run: 10 Kms and Fun Run: 5 Kms.
Speaking on the occasion, Ramesh Bawa, CEO & MD, IL&FS Financial Services Limited said “Running is one activity that keeps anyone and everyone fit to live healthy. It is a great opportunity for us to introduce this exclusive event to encourage fitness among our employees.”
Apart from the IFIN participants the run also included employees of Avendus Capital Private Limited, The Carlyle Group, Navis Capital (India) Private Limited, Oracle (India) Private Limited, Royal Bank of Canada, BOC India Limited, HDFC Standard Life Insurance and First Gulf Bank.
