Municipality chairperson Maya Naroliya, Krishi Upaj Mandi samiti chairperson Janki Ramdas Meena, zonal manager Vinay Verma, DGM RK Pradhan, branch manager Omprakash Sharma, Eknath Harney, Goleji, farmers, industrialists and renowned citizens were present on the occasion.
Commissioner Arun Tiwari addressing on this occasion said that the farmers as well as the local residents of the area will get benefits of new branch of Andhra Bank.
He further said a branch will also be started in Harda district for the facility of cash subsidy Yojna as Hoshangabad and Harda districts have been selected for it.
Municipality chairperson Maya Naroliya said the bank branch was required in this remote area away from the city for long. She said that the local residents will get rid of standing in long queues now.
Andhra Bank DGM RK Pradhan and Eknath Harney also addressed on the occasion. Students of Campion school presented melodious song on the inauguration of branch.
