UID card not issued, pensioners face difficulties

HOSHANGABAD.

The central government had started UID Adhar card yojna from the year 2010, 2011, and 2012 for the citizens of state as well as for the nation.

BJP OBC cell state joint convener Harishankar Jaiswal said that a Banglore based company had organised camp in all the 7 blocks of the district to prepare UID cards of the citizens. The lakh of citizens are not getting any information through toll free number-18001801947

Who had given information in the camp where their photos were taken.

They have not been provided UID cards so they will have to face difficulties in withdrawing pension from bank.

The government employees of central and state after their retirement will not be given pension without UID cards. It will lead serious problem for the employees as they will not be given pension from January 1, 2013.

The second phase work of preparation of UID card was started from December 15 in which the thousands of citizens had to exercise but the district administration did not complete the process.

District food department officials have no information about the Bangalore based company. District administration publicly has informed that the citizens who had gone through the process of photo session they are not supposed to go through the process again. Question rises that how the citizens will get UID cards as their identity.

The citizens have demanded that the date of issuing UID cards should be increased and wherever the cards have been kept in post offices they should be distributed so that the citizens get benefit of pension and other facilities.
