| Students demand capital punishment for rapists |
The students of VNS college took out a rally on Railway Station road and handed over a memorandum to tehsildar.
The protestors shouted slogans and were demanding capital punishment to the rapists.
These students including Ashwini Kalbhore, Mamta Phulwar, Pragya Sharma, Raja Naiyyarm, Bhushan Vishwakarma, Mukesh Pawar, Golu Pawar, Akash Deshmukh and a large number of VNS college students were present on the occasion.
The girls and boys of VNS college said that the incidents with the women have raised several question on their security and the incident of Delhi gang rape was shameful and the people in entire country are angry so the accused should be given capital punishment soon so that such incidents could not be repeated.
These students handed over a memorandum to tehsildar Ashok Deharia addressed to president of India and demanded capital punishment to the rapists.
