These recipients include Bandhavbhoomi’s editor and social activist Rajesh Sharma, advocate Rajkumar Singh Chouhan, Dinkar Tiwari and Yash Kumar Soni who were given the certificates.
MP State legal service authority, Jabalpur under the guidance of the Supreme Court had organised mediation training programme from August 25 to August 30 last year at Shahdol in which mediation and conciliation project committee, New Delhi imparted mediation training to judicial officials, advocates and social activists.
The aim of mediation is to solve the cases immediately through mutual compromise of both the clients. It will help reduction of cases pending at the courts and the clients will also get rid of moving to the courts several rounds.
