The agents always remain ready to abuse, threaten and clash with the passengers as railway police take no action against them.
A passenger Himanshu Mishra of Right Town had to face torture of the railway ticket agents at railway station.
Mishra was waiting for his turn at reservation counter and as soon as his turn came an agent covered him and began to purchase reservation ticket.
When Mishra and other passengers standing in queue opposed him the agent silently went away but after some time he returned with 8-10 goons and attacked Mishra. The goons created scene at the railway station. Later the passengers reached at police station to lodge complaint against the goons.
Himanshu Mishra said that the railway ticket agent had purchased tickets several times before him and the booking clerk was giving him tickets easily.
When the passengers including Mishra opposed it the agent started abusing and threatening them.
Himanshu said that the agents of Maa travel agency always remain active at Madan Mahal railway station. The same persons had attacked him. However, police have started investigation into the matter.
