After the incident several labourer organisaitions alleged that it was negligence of administration which ignores safety rules.
Factory sources said that Dayal Singh,52, is posted as skilled DB worker at the factory and he was working at F-1 section of 83 number building in the morning at 11am when the incident took place.
Dayal Singh was pressing 36mm capsule used in detonator hand grenade meanwhile the capsule burst and Dayal sustained critical injuries. Lead oxide powder is used in this capsule.
Joint manager Niranjan Yadav, JWM Manoj Shrivastava, several officials and employees reached the spot after receiving information about incident.
GM SK Rath also reached Khamria hospital and asked about well being of the employee.
Association leader Pradeep Garg, Ramarao Magarde, Krishna Murthy, Rajendra Chadaria, Deepak Saini, Ajay Ghai, Kailash Patel, Raju Meena and others said that safety rules should be implemented strictly in the factory so that the incidents could be checked.
